Kara Thiede 

Kara is our keeper of all things financial and oversees our internal business systems to ensure a smooth client and employee experience. Kara, a former collegiate athlete who holds a B.S. in Business Administration, previously worked in various marketing, advertising, and sales roles. Professionally, she’s most proud of her ability to continue maintaining the company's books as her mother-in-law did for 33 years, while preserving a great working and personal life with her husband. 

When Kara isn’t in the construction company business office you can find her at a Washington Spirit soccer game, cheering on her children, and traveling with her husband Mike.
