Historic Georgetown with a Modern Twist

Even Georgetown’s largest townhomes come with space constraints. In this complete gut remodel we took a previous quick flip with no heart and transformed it into an elegant home. Thoughtful space planning in the kitchen allowed for a large peninsula with seating and ample room for storage and prep work. The built in coffee maker and steam oven are flanked by a Subzero freezer and refrigerator. The transitional style and materials compliment the historic home but give the updated feel the client desired.

The primary bath was reimaged to fit a double vanity, tall storage cabinets, water closet, a multi-function shower and a soaking tub. Marble, pale gray cabinets, built up waterfall countertops and polished nickel fixtures give the space a calming yet updated feel.

The secondary bathrooms are fresh yet classic, making the most of the tight spaces.
