Inspiring in-law suite and outdoor retreat

This unfinished basement was a blank slate. The rear patio was uninspiring. Our clients wanted a comfortable space for visiting family as well as a casual hangout spot. We delivered both with a thoughtfully designed in-law suite, a stylish kitchenette, and a spacious lounge area. Floating shelves keep each room feeling open and airy. The high ceilings gave us freedom to play with color. The bold powder room wallpaper and the fresh green island add personality and charm, making the suite as fun as it is functional.

The lower screened in porch gives another area to relax anytime of year with motorized screens and Bromic Heaters.The upper deck features custom metal rails and plenty of area to grill and hang out.
